There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. Kasnije je postala idilično obiteljsko utočište na brežuljku nasuprot srednjovjekovnog grada Motovuna, u blizini biciklističke i izletničke trase Parenzana, lječilišta Istarske Toplice i aquaparka Istralandia. Maslinik i vrt, u kojem se mogu sresti mačke, psi tartufari, koze i kunići, posebno su iskustvo.
