This 160m2 (1700sqft) w/high ceilings, 1 bedroom unit is located on the 4th fl. of a historic semi-residential building. Although, we love to think that the place is full of peace, comfort and personality; the true magic of it is exactly where it's located. It's barely a minute away from the ferries and somehow sits quietly in the very middle of hustle and bustle of Kadikoy

Merkezî bir konumda bulunan bu minik bahçe stüdyosunda şık bir deneyimin tadını çıkarın. The building is in a safe, silent street, decorated on December 2022. The building foundation is installed on the rock bottom with deep concrete piles, the structional system also has been chosen, for the possible earthquake wave direction. In conclusion, our building is designed and constructed to withstand any earthquake might occur in İstanbul.

So currently, there are a total of 2 air conditioners in our home.
