Welcome to our spacious apartment located in a quiet street, in the middle of the lively streets of Kadıköy, just a 3 minute walk from the Bull Statue. Our house is fully equipped with all accessories, high-speed Wi-Fi, wide-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The apartment overlooks a large garden with very large trees and has a large balcony with iron railings and a glass window. The apartment is very quiet and cool, and there are 2 air conditioners.

Situated on the Asian side of the Boshporus, Kadıköy is known for its artistic and authentic İstanbul atmosphere. Apartment is 1+1 full furnished, has everything you need and is suitable for long-term stays.

Our only flaw is that we do not have an elevator for this flat on the 5th floor :) There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom.
