Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. Our lower unit is a beautiful apt with stunning view on Katchemak Bay right from windows or yard. Private gardens, lower deck. Located about a 1/2 mile from the Bishop Beach area, 2 miles to the Spit and all the ocean activities you can imagine.A full kitchen for those who want to cook their catch or restaurants nearby that are outstanding. We have a freezer that you can store your catch in, but check with me on freeze space. Well behaved dogs welcome. Poo bad provided. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY

Our trailer (named Wilma) is the perfect place for those seeking a comfortable nature get-away in Homer. Situated on the ridgeline, the trailer is privy to sweeping views of Cook Inlet & the Alaska Range. Magnificent sunsets can be enjoyed from the privacy of the covered deck. This clean, fully-outfitted trailer is a way to experience Alaska without pitching a tent or sacrificing luxury. Some call it 'glamping'. If you don't have a large budget or lofty expectations then this spot is for you!

Carmen's Cabin-Comfortable, warm and relaxing!

Clean, comfortable and cute for those looking for a comfy place to get away from it all. Carmen’s Cabin was built by my daughter Carmen and her father in 2005. Open, bright, clean and cozy, this beautiful and efficient cabin is found in a wonderfully pleasant and family friendly neighborhood. It was situated on site to take maximum advantage of the stunning views of Kachemak Bay and the Grewingk Glacier. This is a no-pet listing, just right for one or two people. We would love to host you!

Adorable dry cabin in Fritz Creek, AK

Quaint dry cabin a stone's throw from Fritz Creek General Store. Comfy queen bed in the loft and futon on the first floor. This spot is close enough to enjoy the shops and cuisine of Homer 15 mins away, or enjoy the solitude and grab a cocktail at The Homestead nearby. Four miles beyond us takes you to Eveline State Rec Area. The cabin is cozy- monitor heat or the warmth of late day sun through the southwest facing picture windows. A clean composting outhouse completes the rustic atmosphere.

Pirlo East: Quaint Cabin near Bishop’s Beach

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located dog friendly cabin. There are two cabins on the property, Nanook East and Pirlo West. Located in the heart of old town, close to restaurants and only a brief walk to Bishop’s beach. Each cozy cabin has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable! The cabin has been recently renovated with a new king sized bed and a pullout couch that fashions into a full sized bed. The couch is most suitable for children. So many adventures to await!

Golden Home on Golden Plover

Ground floor of newly built home with views of Kachemak Bay! Two bedrooms, full bath, open plan kitchen, dining room and living room. Sleeps up to 6 people in queen bed, two twins and a double sofa bed. Kitchen equipped with coffee & tea supplies, gas stove,oven & refrigerator. Linens and towels provided. Smoke free, dog friendly. WIFI & TV with DVD player available. No cable but able to stream. Hulu, Netflix, HBO, Prime. Outdoor—private covered patio seating with grill and a fenced yard.

Surf Shack on Hesketh Island

Sleep to the sound of the sea! The Surf Shack on Hesketh Island is perfect for a small family or a couple and is glamping at its finest. It sits in the trees, 30 feet from the beach, overlooking the water and Yukon Island. This is a remote island property and can only be accessed by boat. We provide water taxi transport with True North Kayak Adventures. Pricing is $85/adult and $75/12 and under, round trip. Kayak and SUP trips are also available as well as rentals.
