Featuring 1 bedroom, a kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, coffee maker, utensils, TV, Internet, sleeper couch & 1 bathroom with a shower/tub. Ideal for stays of 3 nights or longer. Ample Free Parking is Included.

Nestled above Kachemak Bay, the Birch House cottage features stunning mountain, glacier, water views, and abundant wildlife. The ideal setting for a relaxing getaway, an Alaskan adventure or both. Close to nature with all the comforts of home. The Birch House was constructed in 2022 and is pleasantly furnished and pristine. This cottage features a kitchen, eating area, two bedrooms (each with a queen bed), one bathroom, and a comfortable living area with a queen size sofa bed.

This charming and unique place sets the stage for a memorable trip. A 2 bedroom unit, with 4 single beds, 1 pull out, it offers a mini kitchen, full size washer/dryer, full bathroom(shower). Located on the shore of Kachemak Bay it lends itself to enjoying its beauty by relaxing on the covered deck enjoying the view and or taking a walk on the beach. Our close proximity to town allows short distance travel times to enjoy all the unique offerings of the area.

The Cowboy Cabin

This simple, charming cabin sits atop a green (or white or brown) pasture overlooking Kachemak Bay and two spoiled horses. It has a quiet “out of town” feel, yet, the Spit and downtown homer are only an 8-12 minute drive away. You might find fresh eggs from our hens in the refrigerator if they are producing well! It includes one comfy queen bed, full bathroom with laundry, and a small but capable kitchen. Longer stays here are economical and comftorable.

It is conveniently located, a seven minute drive to downtown Homer, and 12 minutes to the Homer Spit. Perfect for guests who wish to relax in a quiet space and be close to adventure. There are two Bedrooms with queen beds and a queen sofa bed. Please note our home is a PET FREE space.
