Relaxing at a stylish and cozy place, watching gold sunsets, green hills and white-purple Caucasus are what we love about this place and hopefully you will feel great here too. - 2 minutes from groceries - 5 minutes from the central park - 10 minutes from Be-Healthy, restaurant-bar of Tskaltubo Plaza Hotel, bank. The appartement is on a 5th floor. No lift, great way to keep in shape! The building is from the soviet era and looks like a granny: wrinkled from outside, warm and lovely inside❤️

Parna Cottage is a traditional wooden house in Samegrelo. One of the oldest buildings in the area, the house is 127 years old. Once you enter our cozy balcony and begin to take in the view, you will gradually get that special sense of joining the tradition and the natural world. Everything else is thoughtfully designed to help you unwind and enjoy nature.
