The 300 acre property shares a 2.5km border with the Grampians National Park and backs onto the stunning western escarpment of the Mt. Difficult Range. Welcome to our quiet court away from the noisy centre of Horsham city but still within a few minutes drive from the town centre. Enjoy private side access to the bungalow at the back of the main house and undercover parking ensuring complete privacy. We are situated on 5 acres and enjoy natures gift of birds, peace and tranquility. Enjoy morning walks along the river and all that Horsham has to offer. Note: We have a 7 year old lab which is outside during the day and would not be a bother.

We have hopefully created a little oasis where you can relax and enjoy your time at our place whether it's an overnighter or a longer stay to enjoy all that on offer in the area. Directly across the road is the Murtoa caravan park, and the local sporting club which includes a Netball court, and a football/cricket oval aswell as a playground. A perfect location to bring the family and keep the kids entertained for hours. Lake Marma also offers a boat ramp for recreational use such as water skiing or fishing.
