The Conner House

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our apartment is new construction, outside is still a work in progress, and about 50’ from our back door. It’s above a drive under garage, but there is no access to the apartment from the garage. We love pets and made every effort to accommodate your four-legged family members. Both bedrooms have their own gated pet bedrooms and are roughly 8’ x 5’ and 5’ tall at its highest point sloping down to the floor.

The Eggplant Cottage

The Eggplant Cottage is a quaint gem located in historic downtown Jonesborough, Tennessee - the oldest town in the state. With a two minute walk into town, you can spend your evenings like a local by going to the distillery, catching live music, or sitting on the porch listening to the train (note: train is active and close to property!). 🚂 Check out local events by searching “Jonesborough Tennessee Calendar” in your search engine. Roughly 500 sq ft, this cozy space offers all the luxuries of home with a full kitchen, full bath, and private entrance with keypad. Centrally located, you can be anywhere from Asheville, NC to the beautiful Smokey Mountains in a little over an hour. We've created this space as a getaway for couples so we ask that children and pets are left at home. No handicap access as this is an above the garage loft.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.
