At the heart of Vatnajökull National Park, and only a short drive from the world famous Glacier lagoon,Jökulsárlón (28km) is Neðribær apartment. Neðribær is in a 2 apartment house with private entrance. Many activities in the area such as snowmobiling, glacier jeeps and glacier walk adventure on Europe´s largest glacier, kayaking, puffins tours, boat tours, ice cave tours (winter) and horseback riding. Escape to a small, cozy cabin nestled among pseudo craters near Kirkjubæjarklaustur. Ideal for two adults and it is possible to add an extra bed for one child. , it features a double bed a well-organized open studio space, a kitchenette, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Relax on the private terrace or explore the nearby hiking trails. Great restaurants are nearby, and the location is perfect for visiting southeast Iceland's highlights, most within 1,5 hour drive.

Snæbýli cottage 4

A warm and brand new house that is located between Vik and Kirkjubæjarklaustur. The cottage is by the farm Snæbýli 1 which is the last farm before heading on the mountain road (F210). It is 56m2 in size and is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom and then an open space where you have a fully equipped kitchen and living room with big windows and breathtaking view. We are 15 km from the main road and the house is in a peaceful place with beautiful mountain surroundings.
