The Cozy Island Home sits on a half acre in a quiet neighborhood between historic downtown (1 mile to downtown connector bridge), and Folly Beach ( 3 miles to Folly Beach). There's no hotels on James Island which is the only connection to the beach. So, if you're looking to get close to Folly Beach, without the noise or paying hundreds of dollars per night, we'd be honored to host you. Our home is safe, quiet, cozy and deeply grounding. We pride ourselves on calming energy ready to welcome you.

It’s 7min from downtown and 10min from Folly Beach. Perfect central location on James Island to everything Charleston has to offer. Quiet family oriented neighborhood. 10 miles from Kiawah Island featuring beautiful beaches and some of the best golf in SC including the famous PGA course at Kiawah Golf course. Folly Beach 12 miles away and downtown Charleston 10 miles away. The interior has been recently renovated with 2 smaller bedrooms and a medium size master bedroom. The home includes a large deck for coffee and a mid size bbq grill. **Unfortunately due to a few inconsiderate guests, we no longer allow pets. *** Sorry.

Welcome to Camp Folly, y’all! We’re back and better than ever — renovated and refreshed from top to bottom, with all-new everything and the cozy touches you’ll need to feel right at home. Camp Folly’s in a perfect spot — just 10 minutes to Folly Beach or downtown Charleston. Stick close and you’ll find island pubs, a pizza joint, and Starbucks just down the road. One note: the house sits on a semi-busy side street. And while we love our furry friends, we’re no longer able to host pets.
