This cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath home offers beautiful canal front views with access to the inter coastal waterway. Sit outside and enjoy the view while you eat or open the windows and enjoy the A/C with the same great view. If you’d prefer the beach we have private access just across Ocean Dr. The neighborhood is very walkable to the pool or beach as well as great restaurants. Both bedrooms feature queen beds and Samsung 40” TV, the living room has a pull out couch and a 50” Samsung TV.

This condo sits on the 4th floor of Spoonbill, a beachfront complex that looks out over the Atlantic Ocean. Huge pool, private beach, gym, billiard room, bathrooms/showers. Bath house located 3 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & extra bathrooms.
