Peaceful Off Grid Glamp Dome Canaan Valley/Davis

The dome is one large, open concept space designed for a simple, cozy stay. It features a woodstove (firewood provided), an outhouse, and a gas grill with a side burner. Drinking water from our well is provided. Please bring your own ice for the cooler. Sheets, blankets, and pillows are included for your comfort. Guests park at Laurel River Club BnB and enjoy a short walk to the dome. Pets are welcome as long as they remain on a leash and are not left unattended in the dome NO ELECTRIC AT DOME

Get comfortable with mountain views and fresh, clean air at 3,200' altitude, close to Canaan Valley/Blackwater Falls State Parks. Also, Dolly Sods, Seneca Rocks and Spruce Knob (highest point of WV). You'll also have easy access to our small-town amenities while being a short drive from some of West Virginia's favorite destinations like Spruce Knob and Seneca Rocks. You can also stay in and enjoy the mountain view without ever leaving the back porch.

Come gather at our hideaway! 7 minutes to Canaan Valley, 20 minutes to Blackwater Falls or Thomas, and within easy day-trip distance for lots of wilderness. Just outside the southern tip of Canaan Valley State Park, our ca 1900 home is close to tons of outdoor activities! There's a well equipped chef's kitchen. Enjoy TV, break out the board games, or spin a record. Ours is a comfortable destination to travel with family or pets. Welcome!

"The views were incredible." -Isabella Get away from your hectic life for several days and decompress. What better place to do that than in nature? You'll be centrally located in the best of WV. Nearby activities include hiking, biking, climbing, photography, caving, fishing, sightseeing, and more. As part of the experience, you'll have a scenic 3-minute walk from the parking area (down by our house) up to the tiny house.

Wintertime readiness: When we have snow, 4-wheel or All-wheel drive will be best. Watch the weather. Un plug at Tree House. The cabin now has Wi Fi. There is also a DVD player w/ DVDs. A 15 minute drive takes you to Thomas, WV for food and art and music. Five more minutes and you are in Davis for Blackwater Falls State Park. A few more miles down the road find two alpine ski areas and White Grass Ski Touring Center.
