The property is situated on the ground floor of a family house. It consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, sauna with relaxarium, openair lounge and terrace. At your disposal you have a garden (300 m2) with an outdoor shower and a carparking. The town centre is only an 8 minutes walk away. There is a 5 KM recreative walking path through the forest close by. Those who stay on the terrace can enjoy a stunning view of Opatija, Rijeka and the beautiful Adriatic sea.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The Sončni Grič is located just a step away from highway exit Trebnje East.

PAŽNJA: Tijekom travnja 2026. povremeno se izvode radovi na obnovi krovne terase. Terasa i jacuzzi neće biti dostupni. Stoga se odobrava popust od 25 %. Za zajedničko korištenje sa do 4 druge osobe, na 2. katu: krovna terasa sa hidromasažnim bazenom i infinity bazenom 30 m2, dubina vode 30/110 cm, ležaljke, garnitura za sjedenje. Bazen u upotrebi: 15.05.-30.09. Grijana voda. Parking na parceli pored kuće, uvijek raspoloživ i bez naknade. Punjenje električnog automobila moguće (uz doplatu).

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.
