We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

Our Rustic Retreat offers you a peaceful getaway in a great location. Our Retreat is in a quiet neighborhood only 4 miles from I-40 and Exit 407. Relax on the deck watching the sunset and you might even see a few deer. Our retreat features one bedroom, bathroom and an open kitchen and living room. RR is equipped with everything you need for some R&R! We also have yard games, a hot tub, grill and fire pit to enjoy! We are 19 miles to Dollywood and 27 miles to The Smoky Mountain National Park.

Enjoy being near all the attractions near Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg while having the comfort and privacy of your own campground. Save your gas from hauling your camper, stay in ours! Enjoy the sounds of a backyard waterfall as you sip your morning coffee. Relax by the firepit in the evenings. There is plenty of additional parking for car trailers if you are going to rod runs or watercraft at nearby lakes.

Located close to the wonders of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Douglas Dam Lake and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the Forgotten Forest is a hidden retreat for those wizards and witches who want blend with the non-magical at all the nearby tourist attractions.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

Dandridge Hangouts

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located unit. Has open floor plan and large kitchen. Bathroom has been recently remodeled. All mattresses and bedding are brand new with 100% cotton sheets. Oversized, super comfy reclining leather seating. Our open layout makes this unit a great setting for game night, big meals and big FUN. Tv in every room and 5g free internet. Charcoal grill provided, Bunks are Full size beds. Guest must be 21 to rent.

Escape to our cozy retreat—a charming tiny home nestled behind the campground’s main house on our 7-acre property, just a stone’s throw from the lake. Relax in unique lofts or play 1,000+ retro games. Cook in the full kitchen or BBQ outside. Enjoy shared space with mini golf, volleyball, and more. Close to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. NOTE: This home is part of a developing campground and may have occasional activity nearby.

The Loft

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!
