This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Apartman Amareta otvoren je za goste vec 9 godina. Stilski uređen apartman koji svake godine nadopunjujemo ili mjenjamo detaljima i sa ponudom. Apartman ce vas osvojiti na prvi pogled , a pogled koji se širi iz boravka , kuhinje i sa terase okrenut je prema moru. Boravak u apartmanu je vrlo ugodan zbog klime ali i pozicije. Apartman je opremljen klimom, ali i grijanjem,pa je zato otvoren 365 dana u godini. Pri dizajniranju apartmana gledali smo da je apartman praktican i stiliziran.

An der Promenade könnt ihr bei einem Cocktail in einer herrlichen Bar die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Der Kieselstrand in Maslenica ist für Kinder geeignet und bietet auch eine Vielzahl an Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten sowie kulinarische Angebote.
