Welcome to the historic Bingham House! Enjoy everything beautiful Lake Koshkonong has to offer at this stylishly updated home. Amazing lake views throughout the inside and on the large patio. Situated on a calm canal with direct access to the lake. Expansive backyard with 150’ of canal shoreline and large hot tub. Enjoy the water on our kayaks, standup paddle-board or fishing off our dock. Prep a meal in our beautifully remodeled kitchen, on our large gas grill or by the shore on our fire pit.

The Pool House is the perfect family retreat for any group that wants quality time with quality amenities. The indoor heated pool is perfect for that private party experience that can be followed up with the fully loaded arcade room. Enjoy the pinball machines and great classic arcade games then go off to the full size Golden Tee and Buck Hunter and see if you can get the new high score.

We are lovers of "Lake Life" and want to share our experiences of Turtle Lake with others who love tranquility and time to reflect, but also want to hike at the Kettle Morraine State Forest, enjoy camp fires, tour local historic towns such as Lake Geneva and other sites, fish (including the best ice fishing in the area!), canoeing, paddle boarding, swimming, reading, and simply enjoying conversations with friends and family. We recently remodeled the kitchen, bathroom and 2 lower bedrooms.

This home is perfect for family get togethers. The basement has a game area, a living room, a queen bed and private bathroom. Duly note the queen bed downstairs is not a private bedroom. The fenced in backyard has a patio ,furniture,gas grill and a hot tub. Quiet hours begin at 9PM.
