This 1930’s cottage has modern updates and plenty of room, with two large bedrooms downstairs and a delightful bedroom suite upstairs. Restaurants and shopping await in the historic town of Onancock, only a 5-minute drive or an even quicker boat ride away. Private dock for swimming and fishing, two kayaks for guest use.

The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

Rumbley Cottage, a custom-built home, provides a quiet stay in nature. Views from all windows. Look out at the mouth of the Manokin River at Tangier Sound on one side; wetlands on the other side. NO CLEANING OR PET FEE. Rumbley Cottage is enjoyed year- round with a great fireplace. WE PROVIDE THE FIREWOOD AND STARTERS. Come down the long private drive along the pasture to the little cottage perched on the banks of the river, surrounded by large oak trees. Its a simple, cozy spot with lots of outdoor spaces for spreading out.

“Cabana by the Bay”-tiny home on a pier!

This tiny home is a newly renovated cabana sitting on a pier. Fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing under you! Enjoy shared use of our private beach. Bikes are available and are stored directly across the street. Go crabbing or fishing off the pier and walk to one of the many nearby restaurants. Check out the summer concert series at the Calvert Marine Museum.

Levering Creek Cottage with private dock

Levering Creek Cottage is a waterfront property with a deep water dock that you can see from the back door. We are located on Levering Creek where you can sit on the dock watching watermen arrive with their daily catch, see nesting bald eagles, watch beautiful sunrise, fish and crab. We are also just steps away from most everything including the ferry.
