For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

There is a small back patio outside the sliding glass doors in the living room. The private driveway can accommodate 2 cars.

Our clean and cozy second floor studio apartment is close to local restaurants, local movie theater, music venue (The Pour House), near the neighborhood municipal golf course, and less than 5 minutes to the Harris Teeter Grocery Store. Great place to stay for couples, business and solo travelers. Safe and Quiet Area. Cottage Under the Oaks

A lovely studio centrally located on James Island, The Cottage is about 5 miles to Folly Beach or Downtown. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and almost everything on the island is within a few miles. *No children under 13 without prior approval.* **We do have a 30-day minimum during some dates. If you're looking for a true lowcountry, laid back experience, our Tiny Creekside Cottage is the place for you. We're nestled in a small eclectic neighborhood less than 3 miles from the sandy shores of Folly Beach and just 7 miles from historic downtown Charleston. The cottage sits by a tidal creek that flows in and out of the Folly River with marsh views, lots of bird watching opportunities, and the most amazing sunsets around.
