Lejligheden indeholder stort soveværelse med dobbeltseng og massere af skabsplads, stue med god sovesofa til 2 voksne, dejligt køkken-alrum med nyt hvidt køkken, og ikke mindst dejlig altan med udsigt over de grønneområder omkring Lyngby og Bagsværd Sø. German and understand Italian.

The apartment has a creative multi level design with four nice rooms with big windows - one of which is bedroom. Very nice kitchen and bathroom. Doorway from kitchen to the communal garden. There is also a front garden with comfortable seating. The neighbourhood north of Copenhagen named Ordrup - a quiet and friendly place. Lots of green areas around. 800 meters to the ocean and forest,800 meters to shops, 600 meters to the station which takes you to Cph Center in 15 minutes. Beautiful place

Astrid's garden house - Green oasis 15 min to CPH

Charming small cottage of 20 sqm in closed garden with lots of roses; 7 min walk from Vangede Station. The house is new and built like an old train wagon. There is a large sleeping area, dining table with two chairs, small kitchen with two induction hobs and a small toilet. Direct access to the garden via large double doors. Exit to small undisturbed west facing terrace with afternoon sun. Furthermore, access to a nice modern bathroom in the main house via separate entrance from the basement.

Området er 10 min gang til S-tog og bus til Københavns med kultur og shopping, Nordsjælland, Louisiana, Kronborg etc. Gå-oplevelser i naturen i Dyrehaven, nærliggende parker og ved hav og strand.

Lejligheden ligger lige rundt om hjørnet fra både Søerne, grønne områder (Fælledparken og Assistens kirkegården) og masser af barer, restauranter, butikker og caféer. Dyrehaven ligger ca. 2 km herfra mens der kun er 3 km til Øresund og stranden. Der er indkøbsmuligheder indenfor 2 km og Gentofte S-tog station ligger ca. 1,2 km fra lejligheden, med direkte togforbindelse til København (19 min)

Dejlig 1-vær. studio-lejlighed i Charlottenlund

Centralt beliggende i Charlottenlund ligger denne 1-vær på 42 kvm med en ugenert udsigt mod øst, over Ordrup Park. 5 min til de to hoved-indkøbsstrøg i Charll, 10 min til stationen og yderligere 15 min, så befinder du dig i centrum af Cph. Tæt på skov og strand, Charll skov, Dyrehaven etc. Sengen er 160x200 cm og er en ny Dunlopillo seng,- med en stor dobbelt dyne. PPS: Og der må naturligvis ikke ryges i min lejlighed. Ved ikke hvor jeg ellers skal skrive det :)

There is also a private courtyard - all just a stone's throw away from Lyngby's vibrant shopping and cafe scene. It's only 15 kilometers to Copenhagen, and a 16-minute train ride away.

Welcome to our apartment in Charlottenlund near the sea and Bakken! Totally new renovated and top modernised with dishwasher, washing machine new bathroom and kitchen all is new! Enjoy your stay with good view from balcony, near to station 3 minutes to walk S train station, 1 minutes to buss stop, restaurants near to walking distance, shopping as well. No pets. Parties are not allowed. Only for calm people!
