This unit has been fully remodeled, and includes a walk-in closet, full-size washer and dryer, mid-size stove and refrigerator, air conditioning unit, bathtub / shower, two floor heaters, built-in tall kitchen table with two bar stools, built-in desk with desk chair, Smart TV, FREE Wi-Fi, and an off-street parking space. It is fully furnished.

The Moody Loft (Murray Hill)

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Dimmable lights for your preference. It's within minutes of Jacksonville's best night life. Walk to Murray Hill's bars and restaurants. Less than 5 minute drive to Riverside's Historic 5 Points. Less than 10 minutes from downtown and 25 minutes from beaches. There's a small fence separating my main house, enjoy sitting outside. My Newfies might peek over the fence every now and then to say hello :)

Guest House is about 3-5 miles from the beach, the Naval base and the Coast Guard base. It's approximately 4 miles to Mayo Clinic. The ICW bridge is walking distance from our property. The property backs up to the woods and a stream runs through the back yard. It is very peaceful. There is a private parking driveway just for guests. Note: No pets allowed. Note: Absolutely no smoking in the house or on the property.
