Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Indigo House is a Newly renovated turn of the century old Mill House located in downtown Maysville. It is decorated with European and American period pieces and decor. Enjoy great nights rest on brand new mattresses. This home is a classic ranch style house featuring 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a nice living area, roomy kitchen, and a great screened in porch. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 14 minute drive to Sanford Stadium.

The fenced back yard has a sitting area to have coffee and get ready for your morning or have a cold beverage after a day of exploring. Access to major highways nearby make it easy for you to go on your adventures. Only five minutes to downtown and the famous UGA Arch.

This detached area for living is a slice of the country living, close to Road Atlanta (9 miles) and the Chateau Elan (6.5miles), Braselton, GA. North Georgia Medical Center Borrow County (4.5 miles). This is a very peaceful living area that was built for my wife’s parents we brought from Puerto Rico after the hurricane wiped out everything.
