Looking for a comfy little spot by the sea where you can ditch the car and just wander? You’ve found it. This two-bedroom duplex is all about location, simplicity, and coastal vibes. You’re literally 150 metres from the beach, and just a short walk to… pretty much everything: • The Tannum Sands Tavern for a pub meal • The Surf Club, perfect for dinner with an ocean view • Fish & chips • Coles supermarket for all your essentials • Coffee, takeaway, a chemist, bottle shop—it’s all nearby

The Hut Turkey Beach

The Hut at Turkey Beach is the perfect escape for fishing, crabbing and relaxing. What it lacks in size it makes up for in location, being only 20metres from the boat ramp, 50metres to the park and with 280degrees of uninterrupted water views. This water front location covers everyone, whether it be the fisherman, the lady wanting to read while enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or the kids who want to ride their bikes and play in the park. Cosy Apartment in Tannum Sands

Our apartment is located 650m from Tannum Sands Beach. Walk 2' to Tannum Sands Shopping Centre, restaurants, cafe, pub. 1 bedroom apartment with a very comfortable super king bed, Air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and plenty utensils to cook. Private access to the apartment and car park. The rate includes the standard cleaning fee. Please note that the shower is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Damaged will be covered by the guest. Max 2 guest.

Our Queenslander split level house is situated in the heart of Gladstone, backs onto bushland & less than 5 minutes from shops. We live upstairs, the lower half is your self-contained unit - kitchen/lounge, master bedroom, ensuite and 'Beach Room' (2nd bedroom). Please note, all 4 rooms are adjoining and there is no internal walkway around the ensuite when in use, other than from outside. The Beach Room boasts the bushland view.

Cabin on the Creek

Unwind with the family at our peaceful tiny home retreat. Nestled on 10 acres right on the river’s edge, you’ll never tire of the views and stunning sunsets. Enjoy great fishing and crabbing, or take out one of our two kayaks or the stand-up paddleboard for a day on the water. The home may be small, but it’s thoughtfully equipped with everything you need — and you’re just a 2-minute drive to Woolies or 4 minutes to the beach.
