The house itself is exceptionally finished in neutral tones throughout with high end furniture and is designed around 2 levels. The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

The Villa is located in a quiet area of Agia Efimia, just 200 meters from the sea and the village center. With every reservation you charged with tax for the climate change wich is 8€/day and it is payed to the Airbnb platform .
