La Casa Ingrid is located in Banjole, on an unique position with wonderful sea view in Soline cove. Beach is only 20 m away. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea breeze on a terrace with great view, or sunbathe on beach chairs. House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). It is possible to rent a boat mooring - with further notice and in agreement with the owner. Wi-fi and parking are free and available on site. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Zur Verfügung stehen Ihnen drei Schlafzimmern inklusive Bettwäsche, zwei mit Doppelbett und eins davon mit Bad und ein mit zwei Einzelbetten. Insgesamt sind es zwei Bäder inklusive Handtücher, Bad eins mit Massage-Badewanne und je mit Dusche. Hochstuhl und Reisebett stellen wir gerne zur Verfügung, natürlich kostenlos.

Stan je nov i nalazi se na prvom katu. Ima predivan pogled na more, veliku terasu i pruža potpuni mir. Pogodan je za 6 osoba. Dvije sobe imaju bračni krevet, dok se u trećoj sobi nalaze dva kreveta za jednu osobu, koja se po potrebi mogu spojiti. Na upit je dostupan i dječji krevetić. Kuća se nalazi u vrlo mirnom dijelu grada, na samo 5 minuta hoda od centra. Sve je uključeno u cijenu. Važna napomena: Živimo u istoj kući. Imamo četiri mačke i psa Gaju.

Svaka spavaća soba ima izlaz na terasu s prekrasnim pogledom na more. Vila se nalazi na brežuljku i okružena je zelenilom.

Villa "Casa Mediterana" is located in a very quiet place (800meters from the beach) where you can find peace and relaxation, drink coffee on the terrace and enjoy your meals while watching the beautiful sunset. An outdoor pool with sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a large terrace, a fenced yard adorned with old olive trees for pets, and a playroom for children.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
