Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Motovun Bellevue - prekrasan pogled, prostran

Svi će se osjećati ugodno u prostranom i jedinstvenom smještaju s prekrasnim pogledom. Apartman se nalazi na katu obiteljske kuće izgrađene prije više od 100 godina kad je služila kao štagalj. Kasnije je postala idilično obiteljsko utočište na brežuljku nasuprot srednjovjekovnog grada Motovuna, u blizini biciklističke i izletničke trase Parenzana, lječilišta Istarske Toplice i aquaparka Istralandia. Maslinik i vrt, u kojem se mogu sresti mačke, psi tartufari, koze i kunići, posebno su iskustvo.

We fell in love with Rovinj and decided to buy an apartment here in the old town. We just finished renovating it and are over the moon with the result. We are sure you will love your stay in our spacious old town apartment located right in the old town in proximity of everything. You will be happy to know the main parking area is just a 5 minutes walk from the apt. The fish and farmer's market are right in front while the main square is just 100m away. The location is just perfect.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
