We took a room space and added a kitchenette. Do not expect a large studio. FREE WiFi with over 100mbps and Free Parking on an Any Spot Available basis, so is not guaranteed. BE AWARE THAT DURING THE MONTHS OF MAY THROUGH AUGUST, THE SPOTS ARE LESS DUE TO OWNERS INVITING GUEST TO GHE BEACH FOR HOLIDAYS, ETC. Best to UBER / LIFT around San Juan. Much cheaper too! PLEASE TREAT OUR PLACE AS IF IT IS YOUR OWN. WE ARE NOT A HOTEL.
