Opposite the Island of Mull and 40 miles from Fort William we are situated 3 miles west of Lochaline, the cottage is 6 years old and purpose built for holiday lets. The property is located in our own garden but is completely self contained, accommodating up to 4 people. The area of Morvern is a fantastic holiday destination. Whether just for a long weekend or for a full week there is plenty to see and do. It is also a good starting point if you would like to explore more of the West Coast.

It has one double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with separate bath and shower and a lovely kitchen / dining / living area. It benefits from under floor heating throughout and a cosy multifuel stove to cuddle up in front of. It is only a 5 minute walk to the local shops and a 10 minute walk to 3 lovely restaurants and a cosy pub.

Ploughmans Cottage is located in the Village of Furnace, 7 miles from Inveraray, in Argyll. The cottage was built around 1890 to house the Ploughman for Goatfield Farm, and has been extensively remodelled to create a unique getaway. Ardvergnish Cottage is a stunningly remote place to escape to on the beautiful Isle of Mull. A haven for wildlife enthusiasts and birdwatchers, you only have to step outside the door to see hen harriers, curlews, and sea eagles. The deer go down past the house in the evening to feed on the marsh, joining the otters who live there. It is centrally located for exploring the island in every direction.

Garramor Cottage is a modern, one bedroom house . The living room is bright and airy with french doors leading out to the deck and woods beyond. Surrounded by trees, it is a very calm and peaceful setting. It is a 5 mile drive to Mallaig where you can get the ferry across to Skye. Local beaches such as Camusdarach Beach with their white sands are great to explore and just a short walk away.

Mill House Steading is a contemporary conversion of a historic barn into a 2 bedroom architect designed home. The balcony overlooks the burn with views across the Sound of Mull to Tobermory. See countryfile series17 episode 7 to see the beauty of the landscape around us. The bay is perfect for watersports. The renovation was completed in March 2020 and provides stunning accommodation.

Bearnus Bothy on Isle of Ulva

Bearnus Bothy has been lovingly renovated using our principle of ecological design to repair, repurpose and use what has been washed-up by the sea. It is one of the last old residences outside of the main dwellings around the Main House on Ulva. As such there are no neighbours until you reach the tiny community on Gometra - where we live - another three miles down the track.
