A large south facing garden which is beautifully landscaped, has two patio areas each with tables and chairs and bbq. The garden is fully enclosed and has stunning views over the Clyde, Glen Cloy Valley and Goatfell. It is situated beside Brodick Golf Course with suburb access to all local amenities and beautiful walks. The house is easily accessible from the ferry and local buses.

The Vestry, St. Columbas Church

It has a super kingsize bed plus a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area. TV, cooker, fridge, kettle and toaster. Shower room/toilet. No 1 Shedock Cottage has been completely renovated inside and out, originally a shepherds cottage it is now a very modern living space. The entrance leads into the living room with a kitchen extension to the rear this follows onto a private sitting area outside at the back of the cottage. The bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobe. There is a bath and shower in the bathroom next to the bedroom. Heating throughout the cottage is electric with flame effect fire in the living room.

The flat is on the first floor, with fairly steep stairs, and has its own separate entrance. There is some limited headroom on one side of the bedroom due to the eaves. On site parking is available.
