Quarry cabins Loch Lomond. Built by ourselves

We built our cabin next door to our house. In an old quarry in Bonhill. Loch lomond is a 5min drive away. The cabin has one bedroom with king size bed. A fully equipped kitchen, sitting room with sofa bed, foldaway dining table and chairs. A log burner. Guests will have their own parking area. A decking area with table and chairs. There are some lovely places to walk. Ben lomond. Ben A’an. Conic Hill. The cobbler. Luss village. The cycle path is close by. It runs alongside Loch Lomond.

Set in the heart of the Lochranza country side on the stunning Isle of Arran, we have a tranquil retreat, with stags and golden eagles in close proximity. We are nestled within the hill side of Lochranza up a rough private track. there are many walks from Laggan walk further up the track or fairy dell on the sea coast.

Situated 4 miles from the picturesque village of Luss, 5 miles from Helensburgh and 5 miles from Balloch . The lodge caters for two people and offers private parking and own entrance. This quiet hillside location is the perfect place to stay if you or your family are looking for a peaceful place to stay. The lodge sleeps up to 4 persons with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which can be set up for one or two persons. One well behaved dog is allowed. The local grocery shop is less than a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.

It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains.
