Il y a un stationnement double. C’est une maison modeste près des voisins et de la route bruyante.

Close to SUNY and CCC campuses and UVM/CVPH hospital. Airport is 5 minutes away. Lake Champlain and boat basin are only a 5 minute walk. Lake Placid, Burlington and Montreal are an hour or less away. Plenty of parking for vehicles and anglers with their boats. Lots of local history to explore.

AuSable Brewery is just across the road, and Lake Champlain is just 1 mile away. Excellent local cycling, paddling, hiking, & boating abound.

On 14 acres with a brook, it’s a short walk down a dirt road to a historic covered bridge and town common. Fall colors are breathtaking when taken in from the barn deck, while Spring and Summer visitors enjoy free concerts on the town green on Sundays. ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection.
