Newly renovated, this beautiful cottage is perfect for couples or a family to explore all that Islay has to offer. Situated on the bay at Portnahaven, you have the sheltered beach a couple of minutes from the house is perfect for children to play! Sit at the table in the lounge or the bench outside & watch the seals swimming & sunbathing, local fisherman in the boats and relax! A variety of whisky distilleries, explore outdoors, enjoy local crafts & the pub just a short stroll around the bay!

Luxury Holiday Cottage on Islay

A bright and airy ground floor one bedroom cottage. Sliding doors from both the lounge and bedroom open out onto a large private decked terrace overlooking the gardens with lovely views. Wheelchair accessible throughout. Lounge, kitchen and dining area are open plan and fully equipped with a dishwasher, built-in oven and microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Luxury super king size bed (can also be made into twin single beds) and a large ensuite wet room.

Islay Hideaway, close to everything in Bowmore

A family operated well-equipped 3-bedroom home in the heart of Bowmore, Islay. Ideally located near shops, restaurants, the famous Bowmore Distillery, and the picturesque harbour, it offers convenience and comfort. Perfect for forgetting life's stresses and enjoying holiday getaways. Easy access to stunning beaches, whisky trails, and all the island has to offer. We have two garden spaces, a small side garden at the house and a large green 20 secs walk from the rear of the house (see images)

Pier House

Pier House is beautifully located with stunning views. A huge lounge with Juliette balcony. The house is presented over 2 floors with the living room on the upper floor to maximise the exceptional vista. The house has all modern facilities and comes well equipped and presented. There are 4 bedrooms, a main bathroom, a separate wc and the master bedroom is complete with its own en-suite and shower. The property is on the edge of the beach and next to the pier, utterly perfectly located.

Gartartan Port Ellen Modern home with sea views

Gartartan provides stylish and contemporary accommodation with stunning sea views towards Kilnaughton Bay, Port Ellen (within 1 km) and beyond to Kintyre. Distilleries nearby. Gartartan is spacious with efficient underfloor heating and insulation. The open-plan living area has an abundance of light, wooden flooring throughout and a modern wood-burning stove. With four double bedrooms and three bathrooms Gartartan can accommodate six adults comfortably. Enclosed garden/ parking.

Portbahn House, near Bruichladdich Distillery

Portbahn was our family home before moving to Jura, and we hope you'll find it as welcoming as we did. This modern waterfront house sits right on Islay's scenic coastal route with stunning loch views. Sleeps 8 across 3 ground-floor bedrooms—perfect for families. Large enclosed garden with trampoline and swings. Walk to Bruichladdich Distillery (10 mins), beaches, and coastal paths. Underfloor heating and wood-burner make it cosy year-round. Dogs welcome. Your island home awaits!

Lower Garden Flat

This lower flat has a combined kitchen and lounge. The kitchen includes a microwave, toaster and kettle. There is access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. They are in the wooden shed nearest the flats. TV is provided. Extra blankets are provided for bedrooms. There is drawer and wardrobe space. The flat is heated by storage heaters. All bed linen and towels are provided. An outdoor seating area is provided and there is off road parking. Wifi is provided.

Daisy cabin with wood fired hot tub & wood burner

Daisy cabin is a comfortable yet modern one bedroom log cabin nestled into the woods. Daisy features a small bathroom, kitchen, lounge area and bedroom alongside an outdoor wraparound deck complete with gate for keeping dog in or mine out . Hot tub area where you can relax under the stars. The outdoor space also has bbq and dining area. Turn left or right at bottom ofdrive & you will arrive at beach , or just take in Bird life in the valley .

Starchmill Holiday Pod (Bruichladdich)

The Bruichladdich Pod sleeps up to 2 people, consisting of one bedroom with double bed, a toilet/shower room and a living area with double sofa bed. It also has a kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and table with 4 chairs. The pod is accessed through large patio doors which are perfect for enjoying the panoramic view. There is a large decking area in front with a picnic bench to enjoy dining al fresco.

Ballitarsin Lodge on the Isle of Islay sleeps four in a spacious, modern environment.
