This extraordinaire cottage house is located in Ralaki, near Chalakas, a rural area of Milos, with great mountain view and vegetation. The house sleeps 4 persons in one double bed and one sofa bed in the spacious living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, parking space, air conditioning and a gorgeous veranda to enjoy the fresh air and the view to the mountain and the sea. Road is near and the access with car is easy. Triades and Ammoudaraki beach are only 10 minutes away.

It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. The pool can be heated with prior request. The cottage nestles between mature olive trees in an acre of beautiful Cretan countryside and is secluded from the main house.
