You can walk from the airport, it is a 2.1 km walk along the paved airport trail. This beautiful and comfortable fully self contained suite is on the upper level of a family home, complete with private entry and ample street parking. If you are a biking enthusiast the Galloping Goose trail is at your doorstep.

There is room for the entire family with 3 full sized bedrooms each with a queen bed. In the kitchen you'll find stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Lots of amenities for families including a PS4, 4K TVs, games and toys for boys and girls as well as a full sized dining room with room for everyone including your pets.

The Boathouse is perfect for couples seeking a romantic retreat or solo travelers wanting to unplug and recharge their batteries. This 1 bedroom cottage is nestled on the hillside at the water’s edge. As you walk the steps down to the private cottage take in the panoramic ocean views. It has recently been renovated from top to bottom. *Please note that a new house is being built next door, so there may be residential construction noise during the day.

The Cove at Otter Point is a luxury oceanfront vacation rental with 180 degree breathtaking views of the Juan de Fuca Strait west of Sooke, B.C. This 3600 sq. ft. contemporary home is perfect for families or couples wanting an authentic west coast experience. Please note that we are at capacity for weddings and events for 2027 at this time unless the guest list includes only persons staying on the property. We will not be hosting weddings in 2028.
