Unique Cottage, Private Beach, flex check-out L-S

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Dejligt sommerhus på 90m² med hems i stille omgivelser, tæt ved fjorden og et skønt fællesområde med badebro i sommerhalvåret. Der er ikke udsigt over vandet fra huset. Alt er inkluderet i prisen, el, vand, håndklæder, sengelinned, viskestykker, og basisfødevarer som olie, sukker og krydderier. Brændeovnen er hovedkilde til opvarmning, der er el-varme på badeværelse lidt gulvvarme som er tændt når strømmen er billig. Haven ligger helt ugeneret med plads til spil, sport og leg.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Bjælkehytten med udsigt over eng (45 min til KBH)

Velkommen til denne idylliske bjælkehytte, med en fantastisk udsigt. Indenfor kan du nyde varmen fra brændeovnen. Badeværelset er nyistandsat og har et stort badekar. Udenfor kan du nyde den flotte udsigt eller sidde ved bålpladsen og nyde naturen. Der er mange gode vandrestier i området. Sommerhuset har 3 kajakker du kan låne, hvis du vil nyde fjorden fra vandet. Fjorden "tempelkrogen" er kendt for sit gode fiskevand. Sommerhuset ligger 45 min. fra KBH.

Velkommen til Little Barn - dit perfekte gæstehus i idylliske Faxe. Beliggende tæt på offentlig transport, strand og skov, byder vi dig velkommen til vores Little Barn, der består af et fællesareal med køkken, spisestue og opholdsstue samt to separate lejligheder, som hver har eget badeværelse hvor der hver og især kan sove 4 personer. Dette er et ideelt gæstehus, når du besøger Faxe Kalkbrud, Stevns Klint eller mange af de smukke strande i Sydsjælland.

Small wooden cottage located in a big parklike and lush garden, private and separate from the main house, only a few minutes to a large forest, lovely beaches and a charming town with shops, cafees and restaurants, and close to the train. It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.

Discover a cozy basement retreat near the airport, city center, and beach. Enjoy a compact kitchen, spacious bathroom with floor heating, and a bedroom with a king-size bed. Relax in the shared garden area for a countryside feel. The airport is only a 15-minute bus ride away. Note: Upstairs apartments have pet-loving occupants; consider allergies to cats and bunnies.

Charmerende lille hus i fredelige omgivelser på landet, med udsigt til sø fra stuen. Indeholder køkken/stue med sovesofa, soveværelse med 2 sovepladser, badeværelse samt entre. Lille separat have med ugenert terrasse. Hunde tilladt dog max 2 stk. Kan efter aftale løbe løs på hele grunden. Rygning i huset er ikke tilladt men skal foregå udendørs.
