Welcome to our cosy glamorous bell tent set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. This is a my unique flat with a large terrace with all day sunshine. The private Balcony has a Private Hot tub and Furniture on. Very close to Ipswich Town Football Club. The apartment has a Smart Tv box(NETFLIX etc) and FREE WIFI, Ninja Air Fryer Train Station is 200m and a 2 minute walk to Cardinal Park where you can find Restaurants and Cinema. Ipswich Waterfront is 5 minute walk where you can find a Marina surrounded by Restaurants and Bars. 10 minute walk from the town centre

The Old Stables. Detached and full of character

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

Bedroom one has king size bed with on-suite shower. Bedroom two has two single beds. Main bathroom with bath and shower.

Cosy house close to Christchurch park and Town

A spacious 3 bed terraced house in a quiet residential street ten minutes from Christchurch park and fifteen minutes from Ipswich town centre. As is normal nowadays, the house has unlimited wi-fi and all you would expect in a modern house. Tea, Coffee, Sugar is always provided. We live just round the corner, please if anything in regards to cleaning or other problems are seen of concern please let me know as soon as possible and we’ll resolve things immediately.

Great little studio apartment, bus stop outside the property with good access to Ipswich and Felixstowe, we are located within a 2 minute drive to Trinity park Showground, a 10 minute drive to Ipswich hospital, BT Martlesham, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, 5 minute drive to Levington marina, there are many restaurants, pubs and cafes all within a short drive away, For people who enjoy walking in the countryside, we have some lovely areas around us to explore.

This bright and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is on the first floor of a modern town centre, residential building with on site secure free parking. It’s located in the heart of Ipswich where you will find plenty of cafes, restaurants and independent shops. The Waterfront is also just a short walk away. Ipswich train station providing quick access to London, Norwich, Felixstowe and the Suffolk countryside is just a 15 minute walk.

Idyllic house and gardens on estuary

A beautiful large farmhouse, dating from approximately 1600 and listed Grade II, in acres of idyllic gardens and overlooking a mile-wide river estuary. There is direct access from the bottom of the garden onto the ‘sea wall’ along the river, for walks and wonderful birdwatching. There is a duckpond (fenced) by the house and chickens (collect the eggs), and a large summerhouse with veranda in the garden, as well as a paddock of alpacas!
