Authentic kea house is located on a cliff with a beautiful view, quite remote but also close to places and combines a rural life with comfortable modern elements. The house is close to the stores, restaurants and beaches and provides the perfect spot for authentic Greek vacation! It has one big main room with two double beds and two single comfortable sofa beds in a second area that locks from the other. There is a big spacious veranda for relaxation and view of the sunset.

It is a traditional one, built 55sqm by stone in the early 1900s, renovated with care, so that it keeps its traditional character and the feeling of its old use. The house is near the main town of the island, Ioulida, which has restaurants, cafes, some bars and boutiques. The house has a nice garden with a pool, shaded dining area and a barbecue. Inside the house there are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
