The house is located in the beautiful village of Neohori. It is on the first floor. The main house has a big garden with flowers and it is a safe environment for kids to play.The house has a big sitting room connected to the fully functional and equiped kitchen (oven, fridge, coffee machine,sandwich toaster,juicer). There are 2 bedrooms with double beds,wardroabs. There is also a comfortable bathroom.The house has a big balcony with a beautiful view. A supermarket and a gasstation is closer by.

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture.
