Kitchen is fully equipped and barbecue as well for cooking. Master suite upstairs has a king bed with bathroom including walk-in shower and free-standing tub. Additional gazebo/sunroom just built.

Small private patio off the back of the suite and parking in front. There are no shared spaces in the suite. The Wild Chicken Holiday Suite with Coffee Bar!

Welcome to "The Wild Chicken Holiday Suite" We are situated 1 km from the National Park and 5 minutes to downtown Cheticamp. The suite has a dream coffee bar with excellent coffee and tea choices as well as other hot beverages too. You will also be delighted with fresh that morning seasonal muffins that I make and forage the fruit for! You also have your own private deck and entrance with a table and umbrella! As a guest you have full access to the fire pit with wood included! NO MICROWAVE.

This wee cottage is decorated for those witchy vibes! It has one queen bed, TV, table and kitchenette with micro, fridge, toaster, single burner and sink. All dishes, linens, kitchen supplies and shampoo/soap is provided. Kitchenette for simple meal prep. Full bathroom w/ walk-in shower. Private BBQ, screened tent( high season) WINTER BOOKINGS- snow tires/AWD required; driveway is steep but well maintained year-round. Muted traffic can be noticeable at times. Sorry no dogs, no motorbikes.

Many ocean beaches, golf Cabot Links/Cliffs or more, hike in CB Highlands National Park, kayaking, SUP boarding, river tubing, fall colors, local music - and most activities in 30 minutes or less. Winter sports? We're near the 805 snowmobile trail (ck the status), X-country ski or snowshoe from the backyard.

R&D Retreat

This small traditional Acadian-style home is just off the Cabot Trail, and a 5 minute drive to the popular Gypsum Mine. This home is a cozy retreat if you are looking to explore the National Park and its hiking trails, or in the winter, the many snowmobile trails in the Highlands (lots of parking for machines/trailer). You will be a 15 minute walk down the road to the ocean and the Buttereau swimming spot, and the infamous Aucoin's Bakery is just a hop, skip and jump away.

Swallow Bank Cottage #3 on the Margaree River

This one bedroom cottage is located in Margaree Centre. Our four, full housekeeping cottages sit along the Margaree River, just minutes from the Cabot Trail. Cottage 3 has been recently renovated inside and out. New bathroom, upgraded kitchen, and a queen bed with a luxury Logan & Cove mattress. The cottage also has a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping space. Check in is anytime after 3pm. Check out is 11am.

The beach is a 5 minute drive away, and you can walk to the boardwalk 10 minutes down the street. While you’re at the boardwalk, grab some food from our local food trucks!
