It benefits from a lovely setting amongst the Scottish countryside with glorious views across Loch Fyne, and has many unique features. There is ample private parking directly outside the cottage (spaces for two cars with extra parking if required) and you are free to enjoy the fields and open spaces around you.

The property is situated in the picturesque town of Inveraray on the west coast of Scotland with stunning views of Loch Fyne, the longest sea loch in Scotland. The property comprises of the top two floors of the former Temperance Hotel and has stunning views from lounge and bedroom windows.

A purpose-built family home with a large enclosed garden and off-street parking. The main street with all its amenities is a 2 minute walk. All public rooms, WC/cloakroom are ground floor, upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, one with a modern en-suite, plus a family bathroom.
