Halfway between the airport and town on scenic Shell Lake, our quiet rural home is just 5 km from Inuvik. Wake up to forest views and unwind on the deck overlooking the lake. Here in the winter? No streetlights means great winter aurora viewing. Visiting in the sunny season? Bring a SUP or kayak to explore the lake. This is an ideal base for cyclists, motorcyclists, and Dempster to Arctic Ocean adventurers. Guests *must* be dog-friendly: our two pups will want to be your best friends.

Home away from Home - 1-Bdrm in Shared House

Please note- This is a shared accommodation with myself and my cat. The property is 100% non-smoking. You will have the privacy of multiple private spaces (bedroom, bathroom, den) off the upstairs hallway to relax and unwind while you visit. The house is located a 15-20 min walk from the town center & a 5 min walk to the hospital. This is my primary residence and while I do my best to keep all shared spaces neat and tidy, it is my home so there are signs the spaces are in use.
