In direkter Nähe zum Skigebiet Rangger Köpfel (ca. 3min entfernt). In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Innsbruck (ca. 15min). Idyllisch gelegen in ruhiger Lage mit traumhafter Bergkulisse. Perfekt für Familien, Pärchen und als Arbeitsplatz geeignet. Optimal ist die Unterkunft für 4 Personen geeignet. Es gibt zusätzlich eine ausziehbare Couch für weitere 2 Personen. Alle Betten sind Doppelbetten. Für Babys gibt es ein eigenes Kinderbett. Es gibt einen schönen Kinderspielplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

Das Haus bietet Platz für eine große Familie, hat einen offenen Kamin, 3 Terrassen, 2 Balkone und einen großzügigem Garten. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sogar mit Treppenlift. In 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto oder Bus in der Innsbrucker Innenstadt und in wenigen Minuten im Skigebiet Patscherkofel.

Ferienhäuschen am Biohof

Ab sofort kannst du unser neu errichtetes Ferienhäuschen am Biohof buchen. Die Bäckerei ist gleich um´s Eck und in nur wenigen Minuten zur Talstation der Muttereralm. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut, so steht einer Anreise ohne Auto auch nichts im Weg. Da sich die Unterkunft bei uns am Bauernhof befindet, gibt´s die Möglichkeit bei der Stallarbeit mitzuhelfen und bei Wunsch die Produkte zu verkosten.

Looking out of your chalet directly onto the slopes, you are already eager to finally grab your things to start the day. But you still want to enjoy breakfast in peace. After all, you still have the whole day ahead of you. In the evening, when the sun is resting behind the mountain peaks and the moonlight is spreading over Steinach, you can relax your muscles in the Finnish sauna of the chalet. Meine Großeltern haben dieses Haus als kleine Pension gebaut und betrieben. Dort, wo damals separate Gästezimmer waren, befindet sich heute eine neu renovierte lichtdurchflutete 100qm 3-Zimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung mit Bergblick, in der ich jetzt lebe. Da ich jedoch selbst viel unterwegs bin, habe ich beschlossen die Tradition des Hauses fortzusetzen und gelegentlich Gäste zu empfangen. Vielleicht schon bald dich?

Lehner Schlössl is located in the picturesque village of Leutasch, surrounded by beautiful nature and yet only a stone's throw away from the village center. It offers numerous outdoor activities all year round, such as hikes and bike tours in the alpine paradise of Gaistal along the Leutascherache or more challenging mountain peaks. In winter, a cross-country ski trail leads right past the house.
