PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: This is a cozy Cottage, less than 600 sq ft, equivalent to the size of a 2 car garage. 4 people is the max capacity and it is ideal for 2 adults. I am sorry I cannot permit service dogs. I have a family member with a life-threatening allergy to dogs/cats and stays here when they visit me. This is an inner city, multi cultural, urban neighborhood with all types of people with different socioeconomic backgrounds. We have always enjoyed hosting friends most of the time in this area of the house. We decided to separate this section completely from the house by creating its own entrance, kitchenette and small capacity stackable washer and dryer.
