In the summer you will enjoy the quaint front porch and backyard patio full of colorful flowers nice for outdoor dining. The fenced backyard is perfect for bringing your dog. A Small dog 20 pounds and under require a one time $60 pet fee. Larger is up for discussion. Parties and gatherings are not allowed without permission and $100 fee. Please be honest!
