Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.

This property has sat vacant and unattended for 30+ years and we decided to purchase it and rehab it with proper clean up and care. Enjoy 14 gated acres of Catawba river front property with abundant wildlife. Sit on the river bank and watch the bald eagles fly, otters swimming, fish jumping, owls hooting and much more. Listen to the soothing rumble of the river shoals just down river. Kayak rental and drop off to 1 of 4 boat ramps up river can be arraigned. Float back to the property.
