Located in our home with a private entrance you'll have the entire space with all the amenities you'll need to make for an enjoyable & relaxing break. Within walking distance to the local beach & restaurants. Spend a day in Newport & your night relaxing by the firepit, play a game or watch TV. We're 25 mins. to Newport, 15 mins. to their beaches, 10 mins. to Bristol's famous 4th of July celebration & close to Roger Williams University.

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

Gorgeous lake house with high end finishes and updates throughout. Nestled directly on the exclusive Indian Lake, you have direct access to the lake for fishing, swimming, kyaking and and anything else you desire. Excellent place for families and couples alike.
