The award winning Formby beach is just a 20min walk. Formby is great for shopping and eating out with a variety of busy popular bars and restaurants that are well worth a visit. Two adults or a small family are very welcome. Hot Tub included in the price. Hot tub is automatically switched off at Midnight.

‘The Shippen’ is a barn conversion, once part of a small dairy farm. High beamed ceilings give a spacious, rustic feel, and the double sided log burner makes the living spaces cosy. Ideally located for Aintree racecourse, ‘Another Place’ at Crosby Beach. A short drive to Knowsley Safari Park and Aughton - Michelin Star capital of the North!

Fully equipped open-plan kitchen, master ensuite with rainfall shower, family bathroom with bath and a large private garden with patio seating and outdoor games. Eco-friendly touches and a genuine home from home feel.

The Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).

Mersey Houseboat

Our houseboat is a unique experience Nestled in the heart of the city centre at Liverpool Marina Yacht Club . Excellent public transport options at your doorstep and a wealth of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. We have: Free WiFi All towels provided And a welcome pack provided also We have a comfortable sitting area with leather furniture. Two really comfortable beds with smart tv's and Netflix in all rooms. Can be met at the boat or self to check in.

Perfect for couples, solo travellers, or anyone looking for a truly unique getaway. And there is a shower in the property. It’s in the bathroom but you cannot see it on the pictures.

Crosby is a small seaside town with a rich cultural heritage, a vibrant dining scene, and what is almost certainly the finest beach in Merseyside. Crosby makes for a great day trip from nearby Liverpool while others choose the town as a tranquil base from which to explore the area. With a strong connection to the Irish Sea, Crosby is popular among locals for its marina – a hot spot for diverse wildlife – and Crosby Beach, home to the iconic Another Place art installation.

My refurbished family home now has a one bedroom apartment annex. We're on the main road into Formby but standing back from the road and close to many local amenities. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.
