Was Jahrhunderte überdauert hat, wurde nun mit Liebe im Detail originalgetreu renoviert und als Kulturdenkmal unter Schutz gestellt. Nur durch eine Glasscheibe getrennt, eröffnet sich das Panorama der Alpen und lässt den Geschmack von Authentizität erleben.

This is our family's vacation house that we, after a break of almost 5 years, in some periods of the year gladly offer for others to enjoy again. It is perfect for those who look for a ''home away from home'' an independent accommodation that is cosy, well equipped and comfortable. The house is located in the wonderful village of Fendels (1400 m above sea level) which has a skiing and sleighing paradise in the winter and an excellent walking destination in the summer and autumn!

The "Apart Bergzeit" is only 2 minutes away from the famous "Benni - Raich Bridge." The heart of the accommodation is the cozy living room with the tiled stove, which can also be used. The apartment is very spacious, located on the ground floor, and is equipped with everything. We are very centrally located, amidst several ski areas. Also very beautiful in summer for hiking, you can expect an idyllic mountain backdrop with many culinary huts. Pure relaxation.

Im Sommer bietet das Haus eine schöne und ruhige Lage und ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Berg- und Biketouren.
