This quaint 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in St. Charles' Historic Frenchtown district is perfect for up to 6 guests. Luxury king bed in primary bedroom and luxury queen beds in the other 2 small bedrooms. Make the futon in the living room into a bed to accommodate a guest. A pack-n-play is available upon request. This dynamic location is two minutes from Main Street St. Charles where you will find bars, restaurants and unique shopping opportunities. Close to Ameristar Casino and Lindenwood Univ.

We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is located on the second floor consisting of modern hard surface flooring throughout with carpet in bedrooms; washer & dryer in unit, walk-in closets; stainless steel appliances including microwave; electric range, refrigerator, and dishwasher; and balcony.
