The house is intended to bring together local Mediterranean architecture and minimal contemporary design. The L-shape of the house is rendered white and minimal finishes are used through the interior. Downstairs, the open plan design is connected by a terrace, giving the space an indoor-outdoor feel. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom open onto a private terrace which looks out towards the beach. Ca na Isla has been meticulously designed to ensure you can make most of calm, Mallorca days.

Apartamento 1 Dormitorio

Lavendel Apartments está situado a 300 metros de la playa del Puerto, en Colonia Sant Jordi. Todos los apartamentos tienen balcón con vistas al jardín. Disponen de TV vía satélite, caja fuerte y zona de cocina. El servicio de limpieza se ofrece cada tres días y está integrado en el precio, de modo que tendrás el apartamento siempre organizado. Y cambio de toallas y sábanas periódicamente durante la estancia. Cuentan con un espacio gratuito y bien equipado para las bicicletas de sus clientes.

Finca Cova, cerca de Es Trenc.

Finca muy tranquila situada al sudeste de la isla, cerca de Ses Salines y Santanyí. Bien equipada y amueblada. Des de las terrazas se pueden disfrutar de maravillosas vistas al mar y a la montaña. Para los amantes del mar, el Trenc y las maravillosas playas de blanca arena del sur de mallorca se encuentran a pocos minutos en coche. Cerca tambien está el puerto de la Colonia de Sant Jordi, Sa Ràpita y Ses Covetes. El pueblo mas cercano es Ses Salines, con tiendas y restaurantes.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

La casa está construida a partir de la roca originaria que forma parte del corazón de este espacio. Así, roca, madera y hierro conforman la estética y la estructura de la casa, dando la sensación de estar en un barco que parece albergar una cueva en su interior.
