The property is situated on the ground floor of a family house. It consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, sauna with relaxarium, openair lounge and terrace. At your disposal you have a garden (300 m2) with an outdoor shower and a carparking. The town centre is only an 8 minutes walk away. There is a 5 KM recreative walking path through the forest close by. Those who stay on the terrace can enjoy a stunning view of Opatija, Rijeka and the beautiful Adriatic sea.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Sprostite se z vso družino v tem mirnem prenočišču. Obdajajo nas vinogradi in travniki. Blizu smo pa tudi naravnim znamenitostim kot na primer Škocjanske jame, Postojnska jama... Le dobrih 20km pa je oddaljeno mesto Trst z vsemi svojim kulturnimi in gastronomskimi posebnostmi. V okolici je tudi veliko kmečkih turizmov, ki ponujajo lokalne dobrote visoke kakovosti po zelo ugodnih cenah... Pohodniki in kolesarji pa lahko uživajo v slikovitih poteh in razgledih ki jih nudi bližnja okolica.

Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Cosy 1 bedroom apartment

Apartment is located in Zavrhek, a small village 7 minutes from Primorska highway and few minutes drive from Škocjanske caves which are a part of UNESCO heritage. Another monument worth visiting is 20 minute drive to Lipica and its Lipizzan stud farm. Nature lovers will find our little village calming as you can walk around safely. For cyclists there are many marked routes around Zavrhek, mostly passing through woods and meadows. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is located in a little village Grintovec, with only six houses in it, so it is very peaceful, calm and surrounded with pristine nature. People sometimes say that being here is like being in a fairytale, somewhere behind the nine mountains... :) River Kolpa is only 200m away.
